IRONCROSS
OEM / ODM Capabilities

BUILT TO SPEC.

IRONCROSS operates a full-service OEM and ODM manufacturing program for international retail brands, distributors, and private label buyers. From initial brief to bulk delivery, we manage material sourcing, sample development, production, and quality control in a single coordinated supply chain.

Production Process

FROM BRIEF TO BULK

A seven-stage OEM/ODM workflow designed for clarity and control at every production milestone.

01

BUYER BRIEF

Buyer submits product requirements: category, intended use, target performance specification, volume, delivery timeline, and branding requirements. We issue a brief confirmation within 3 business days.

02

TECHNICAL REVIEW

Our product development team reviews the brief against our material library and production capability. We return a technical feasibility note covering fabric options, construction methods, and estimated cost range.

03

SAMPLE DEVELOPMENT

Proto and fit samples are developed against agreed specifications. Buyers receive physical samples for review, fit testing, and approval. Revision rounds are documented and tracked against the approved tech pack.

04

PRE-PRODUCTION CONFIRMATION

Approved sample, final tech pack, material trims, and production schedule are confirmed before order placement. Bulk fabric and accessory procurement is initiated upon deposit receipt.

05

BULK PRODUCTION

Garments are cut, sewn, and assembled under in-line quality monitoring. Panel checks and stitch audits are conducted at defined intervals throughout the production run.

06

QUALITY INSPECTION

Final garment inspection is conducted against AQL sampling standards. Buyers may request an independent third-party inspection at this stage. Inspection reports are issued before shipment authorization.

07

PACKING & DELIVERY

Goods are packed to buyer specifications — individual poly bags, carton configuration, labeling, and shipping marks. Export documentation and shipping coordination are handled by our logistics team.

Production Capability

WHAT WE HANDLE

End-to-end manufacturing capability managed under one supply chain for international buyers.

MATERIAL SOURCING

Access to a validated supplier network for technical fabrics, functional laminates, and specialty trims. Buyer-specified materials can be accommodated with supplier audit and qualification.

PATTERN & GRADING

In-house pattern development and size grading across international sizing conventions — US, EU, UK, and Asian fit standards. Pattern blocks can be adapted from buyer-supplied specifications or developed from brief.

SAMPLE ROOM

Dedicated sample room for proto, fit, and salesman samples. Revision documentation and tracking through each sample round. Buyer-approved samples are retained as production reference.

CUTTING & SEWING

Automated and manual cutting for woven and knit fabrics. Sewing lines equipped for both standard and technical construction including bonded seams, taped seams, and welded panels.

FINISHING & TRIMS

In-house attachment of zippers, hardware, and functional trims. Embroidery and label attachment. Heat transfer and woven label integration for buyer branding requirements.

QUALITY CONTROL

Three-stage QC: incoming material inspection, in-line sewing checks, final garment audit. AQL-based final inspection. Third-party inspection coordination available on request.

EXPORT DOCUMENTATION

Complete export document preparation: packing lists, commercial invoices, certificates of origin, and test reports. Experienced with FOB, CIF, and DDP incoterm arrangements.

MOQ FLEXIBILITY

Minimum order quantities are set per product and series. Program-level orders combining multiple SKUs can qualify for lower per-style MOQ. Discuss requirements at the inquiry stage.
