IRONCROSS
OEM / ODM Capabilities

BUILT TO SPEC.

IRONCROSS is backed by YALIDA's manufacturing capabilities, supporting OEM, ODM, and private-label programs for international brands, distributors, and buyers. From initial brief to bulk delivery, material sourcing, sample development, technical production, and quality control are coordinated through one development and manufacturing workflow.

Production Process

FROM BRIEF TO BULK

A practical seven-stage OEM/ODM workflow from buyer brief to production and delivery.

01

BUYER BRIEF

Buyer submits product requirements: category, intended use, target performance specification, volume, delivery timeline, and branding requirements. The team confirms scope and any missing inputs before technical review begins.

02

TECHNICAL REVIEW

The product development team reviews the brief against available materials and manufacturing capabilities. A feasibility review covers fabric options, construction methods, and an estimated cost range.

03

SAMPLE DEVELOPMENT

Proto and fit samples can be developed against agreed specifications. Sample stages, buyer review, fit evaluation, and revision requirements are aligned to the approved brief and tech pack.

04

PRE-PRODUCTION CONFIRMATION

Approved samples, the final tech pack, materials, trims, and the production schedule are aligned before bulk production. Material and accessory procurement proceeds according to confirmed commercial terms and timing.

05

BULK PRODUCTION

Bulk production may include cutting, sewing, and technical assembly supported by in-line quality checks appropriate to the product and process.

06

QUALITY INSPECTION

Quality checks are integrated through development and production, with final garment review before shipment. Independent third-party inspection can be coordinated when agreed with the buyer.

07

PACKING & DELIVERY

Packing requirements — including bagging, carton configuration, labeling, and shipping marks — are agreed per project. Shipment documentation and logistics coordination are arranged according to buyer and delivery requirements.

Production Capability

WHAT WE HANDLE

Technical-development and production capabilities coordinated for international buyers through the manufacturing operation behind IRONCROSS.

MATERIAL SOURCING

Sourcing support covers technical fabrics, functional laminates, and specialty trims selected for project requirements. Buyer-specified materials can be reviewed for availability, suitability, and supplier qualification needs.

PATTERN & GRADING

Pattern development and size grading can support buyer-supplied specifications or product briefs, with fit requirements aligned to the target market.

SAMPLE DEVELOPMENT

Sampling support covers proto, fit, and sales samples, with revisions documented against the agreed specification. Approved samples can serve as bulk-production references.

CUTTING & SEWING

Cutting and sewing capabilities support woven and knit technical garments. Construction options may include taped or bonded seam processes and specialized panel assembly, subject to product requirements and feasibility.

FINISHING & TRIMS

Finishing support includes zippers, hardware, functional trims, labels, embroidery, and heat-transfer or woven-branding applications according to buyer specifications.

QUALITY CONTROL

Quality checks can be integrated across incoming materials, in-line construction, and final garment review. Third-party inspection can be coordinated when required by the agreed project plan.

DELIVERY SUPPORT

Documentation and shipment coordination can be prepared according to buyer, market, and delivery requirements. Required documents and commercial terms are confirmed for each order.

PROGRAM PLANNING

Order structure, SKU mix, and production requirements are reviewed at the inquiry stage. Feasible quantities and commercial terms are confirmed per product and program.

Cooperation Models

HOW WE WORK TOGETHER

Four cooperation structures designed for different buyer profiles, volume requirements, and product strategies.

OEM

ORIGINAL EQUIPMENT MANUFACTURING

Retail brands with existing designs

  • Buyer-owned designs and IP
  • Production against buyer tech pack
  • Buyer branding applied throughout
ODM

ORIGINAL DESIGN MANUFACTURING

Distributors and new product programs

Buyers can use IRONCROSS base designs as a starting point and adapt them for their market. Product-development support can adjust construction, materials, colorways, and branding for buyers building a new range.
